Chin, for the love of all that is holy. Stop using sour cream with Mexican ingredients. I highly suggest using crema fresca with no salt and then add your own choice of sea salt. (stay away from iodised) Trust me when I say Mexican cream is a million times better than sour cream 😮‍💨
