Max, I am always amused with your concern about messy eating. You are right up there with Leah Shutkever for completing challenges quickly and cleanly. On a side note, my jaw structure is similar to yours, so yes, do whatever you can to strengthen it, or you could end up with it constantly locking when you're old like me

Joel is more of a food reviewer then a food challenge guy cause he talks way too much, but he doesnt fast forward much of his eating so i like it!, but i like how you do actual food challenges and dont talk while you eat as it only slows u down, just like using condiments does however i do like when you do slather food in sauce but i dont like how you speed up your eating hahaha cant win them all can i!....i sub to 100 food challengers fyi.
