when I was in Gladstone I found out what Capsicums were they are what we in America call Bell Peppers. but you guys use the correct term. anyway I had mud crabs when I was there what a treat. wish I could be with you for those meals looks very delicious. keep it up good work. as they say good on you mate

Looks like good eating to me. In Arizona USA we have crayfish/crawdads, an invasive species we trap and cook up in a similar manner. Fantastic taste. But those cherabin look great,

look up clips for yabbies, marron, mud crabs in qld wa or nt and also murry crayfish .... those are some really good eating shell fish most of which are fresh water

geordie johnstone Yo Geordie, are those mud-crabs caught in the mangroves salt or freshwater crabs?? I visited Western Australia back in 2001, loved Perth and the coastline. Did'nt have time to do some crabbing&shrimpin but here in the USA I do both in Saltwater here in Seattle, Washington.

Gone are the days of catching 150 in one throw even the size has gone now only little prawn looking ones now gone are the big Jillgies i miss the kimberly but i miss it how it was when i was a young fella running around the river catching plenty of barra and having a decent feed of Jillgies now it has all changed.
