CATCH N' COOK CATFISH

First time fishing in Texas and we load the boat with some nice catfish! I was hoping to catch my personal best since we were in monster catfish territory but we failed to connect on a behemoth. Will definitely have to try fishing here again!
Keep trying new things and leveling up in real life!

Yo Ace, I think your Beer Batter was supposed to be mixed with actual beer. That would explain the floury consistency. I actually do this myself from time to time (Mix your favorite spices with flour and add beer until it’s creamy). Then just dip your fish in it and deep fry. Tastes good and the coating is very nice
