Good to see your well buddy and the Koi are looking spot on no pun intended yes the kactoily kit not got any sort of support at all in my humble opinion thet have to much going on to many parameters and no reliability Blue Lab not got the WiFi model but never had an issue 5 years I think what's been going on with your ashp is when it's not in use the high winds have been winding the fan backwards and its throwing up codes make some louvres up that open when in use and close when idle thin this will solve your issues all the best martin best regards Tony 👍

You had me a bit worried there Martin, No update in 2 months ! A Quick google of Kactoily customer service shows a rating of Terrible. People have complained about unhelpful staff and the small fine print on their warranty that it does not cover damage.. Its up to them to decide if they will honour the warranty or not. Fish are looking good for being winter (Well at least your Koi are not battling 32 degree c water temps and being almost boiled I have actually had to put Ice bricks in the filter to try and get the temps down) Thanks for the update and letting us know that apart from being at work... your doing alright..

Nice to see you back, the blue labs lead are approx 1.5 m long, however the new ones look to have 2m, the the more important factor is the reliability, we’ve had ours over 3 years, and assuming you calibrate every month, buy bottles of calibrate solution it’s way more economical ,it’s been faultless, we to have had a kactoily, and I wouldn’t have another, like you wayward ph readings and temp showing 34 c, which it certainly wasn’t. I have the Kactoily 7 in 1 and have had a few issues. Contacted Kactoily and they do not want to honor their warranty at all. I’ve had to purchase a new unit.

Well i definitely think they're bigger mate 👍, glad the ashp is working again 👍 just a thought ,I'm sure I've seen those kactoily now ship with separate ph probe , perhaps they have had probs 👍
