I think Kevin works his ass off, and Tony and his sister treat him like a red headed stepchild. They yell at him, Tony is always on his ass for no reason, ordering him here and there. Blaming him for breakdowns, not the fact that the dredge is worn out. and parts are going to break.Also Rick gets dumped on a lot. Parker is playing big chief, spending the day driving around while Rick and the others bust their ass !
