As a new mom to my 7 month old daughter, I relate so much! I find myself getting overwhelmed but I know at the same time I’m going to miss these days when she’s older. Trying to cherish it and constantly ask for God’s peace. It really is! I feel like no one really talks about it so it’s easy to feel guilty / alone in that aspect. They are SOOO worth it though. Little by little and day by day. Be back to normal soon enough❤

Hi! For now we play Santa ❤ she knows it is JESUS birthday and HE is the reason for the season. But while she’s still little we tell her Santa brings her toys and all things fun like that!

Take your time, your body KNOWS what it needs to do! Nourish and rest are more important! When you get back to feeling like you, start working out! Whatever form of exercise that fills your cup. Pilates? Strength training? Running? Low impact at home workouts? Spin classses? Start off just WALKING! You’d be surprised how much steps and drinking water can do for you.

Meaning we shouldn’t idolize them and make them our one and only focus above God! When you make Him your #1, and trust His sovereignty over all things (even your kids) He provides and divinely leads every other aspect of your life. ❤
