As someone with Invisalign for over a year now, get a little travel case to put a toothbrush, floss and mini toothpaste!! It makes it easier for when you're out and about. As a snacker as well lol you feel less restricted with eating habits since you always have the kit handy. Plus they can be so cute in your bag lol you feel like such an organised girlie~ Have hand sanitiser around as well!

I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and not feeling myself for obvious reasons! This video gave me so many belly laughs seeing you and Mark together! I am currently in the midst of an IVF cycle and my soul needed this laughter today ❤ also relate to the braces! I had 8 teeth out when I was younger (4 were wisdom teeth) but now I have so much space in the back of my mouth. I considered the permanent retainer but got a new clear retainer recently just to prevent moving any further movement (mine is mostly bottom and again only I/ dentist would likely notice). I know so many people also who had braces as a child and then had to get them/ clear braces again in adulthood. Thank you for normalising and sharing this! Can’t tell at all, how exciting ❤❤

I find it so crazy yet such a perfect coincidence that I’ve been rewatching Zoe’s old vlogs from 2015 onwards and I’m currently up to Vlogmas 2018 and it’s the vlog where Zoe helped Mark move in and they were doing handstands and falling into the tree. Good luck with your braces Zoe! I had train track braces again at 30 years old after having them when I was teenager and they moved. Best thing! I am so glad I did it. I will say for me it was so much worse and more irritating as an adult but soo worth it. 😊

You’re story about your teeth and you noticing it the most is so relatable. I also had clear braces last year and really happy I finally did! I still couldn’t get the brace behind my upper teeth, because it didn’t fit. So if you definitely want that, maybe ask your dentist about it so you won’t be disappointed after if it doesn’t fit in your mouth either. Good luck!!

On your new braces, you def don’t need to wear them 20+ hours. I did 15-16 hours and they moved the right amount for each stage. Get some extra lip balm and a water bottle for night time!

I was the same with my aligners! Everyone was saying I don't need them, but sometimes you just need to make yourself happy and feel confident. I am still on them so some tips I would say are... drink whatever you want, as long as you have a straw or squish around some water after its completely fine. Also change your aligners at night, their the most painful the first day so having them on for the first bit while your sleeping makes the pain wayyy better.

I’m just finishing my clear braces. Here are some tips! 1- my nails are so weak and bridle from having a baby. Removing the braces felt impossible. Amazon has a bunch of removal tools you can get that make it so much easier. 2- buy extra cases to keep throughout your house and in your bag 3- don’t use the cleaner they give you. Just use a toothbrush and mild soap.

I have had Invisalign since January, I’m currently on a 20 week plan and on week 16, the changes are insane and you will be so happy after. I was a serious snacker too but you get used to the set meal times when you get used to the trays being in. I drink whatever I want with them in but brought tray cleaner solution which I put them in every night. Having them in for long periods of time becomes natural and I only take mine out now to eat 3 times a day. I make more food for set meals to avoid snacking. Best of luck with the process Zoe, you’ll love the results for sure.
