@@NotContinuum Agree. But there are actually a large number of women who can't have babies and also those who have lost babies in child birth who were told they can't have more. This was there one and only miracle. I think they could work it into why a mama wants to adopt a baby so bad. I think Yvonne should really think about doing one.

I loved watching Uniek scan the pasture she was leading Riding Star into, and watching the mares with foal's arrive, two by two. Then she kept beyond the edge of their group till the right moment... and let RS trot onto a group of foals , all under her watchful eyes. Uniek then joined the group and every mare looked away then moved away from her, signalling she still is their respected Queen ! What a wonderful Mother and brilliant leader she is!

I'm so sad to see that Sylke Faya is going away, she has been my favorite to date, but Sanne is also tugging my heart. Then again...Janko cracks me up with his antics....oh darn it, I love them all! And there's special little Rising Star--my heart is torn, as he'll be going back to his owner in a few months, but we'll still have the joy of watching him grow under the protection and great mothering of lovely Queen Uniek. What a lovely day to be in the meadow with ALL those foals & mares. Yvonne, your video's are such great quality it is like being right there with you. Rising Star is growing up to be very handsome. My Aunt Ann (89yr) adopted a girl when she found out she couldn't have children. When she watched Uniek loving on RS as they bonded, she said, "That's the same way I feel about Alicia. I have always loved her just like that. I just wish SHE knew that or believed that. And her daughter is 59. But Alicia's mom gave her up at birth so she went straight to Ann as soon as she was born. The whole family forgets shes adopted & the herd will accept & forget RS isnt Fresian. Love conquers all. 💕❤💘💓🐎🐴🐎🐴🐴🐴

Love watching the Mom's with their babies. UNIEK and RISING STAR are such a standout ! They have a "Special Relationship". You can see it. The meadow is such a happy place for them. I find it Sad on a way you use this type of media to show hoe you raise up and treat your horses. I believe people attach themselves some of your animals. You do an excellent job in promoting the horses. What happens when they leave A follow-up for Each horse would only be normal whether good or bad People attach themselves thanks to your videos etc to certain horses. I know its a business Iam quite sure financially enough money is made on this type enterprise. So lets follow up every horde sold and see where they are now and how they are doing. In this video, as you were showing the closeup of the pellets on the grass...awe, what a lovely photo of the beautiful wildflowers in the meadow!!! Must be Spring in June in the Netherlands 🇳🇱. I think that with Uniek being the lead it will help RS integrate successfully into the herd. She has the strength to make sure that RS is not affected by overly curious foals As well as other mares that notice that one of these things is not like the other. She is the absolute perfect mare to manage this situation with consummate grace.

Wow. *Uniek's beauty* , once again, is off the charts!! Moreover, as a follow up to an earlier video when Uniek [transiently] walked 'like a grandma' (associated with radiographic signs of arthritis said to be involving her legs), I can honestly say that I see no such sign of an antalgic/gimpy/slow gait from her - any more...which is great!! She's got that spring back in her step - and it's beautiful to behold. Methinks, as she shed her weight (post birthing) and became active again, that she's back to moving gracefully *and* beautifully!! Go Uniek! Go Rising Star JK (follow the momma/Queen)! And GO Friesian Horses! We indeed...wait for it... *follow the herd* !!!!

In fact, I got thrown by a horse, violently, at 10 years old. The owner hit the horse in the hind quarter with a paint stir stick. I've ridden only one other since then. But, as you can see, I kinda love them!!

My husband does the Yvonne "don't eat that" and gets me something healthy. We actually stopped eating junk food due to the pandemic and not shopping at Costco with their big bags of goodies so I lost 20 pounds. LoL

@@whobeyou5342 We did the opposite. We used to buy those big bags of chips of all different sorts from Costco and we stopped shopping at Costco due to the pandemic. Since March 2020 we only go shopping once every 10 days so bags of chips were no longer on the shopping list. We couldn't go out for walks anymore so we started using our exercise machine. Now, when I want a snack he gets me an orange or an apple. He is the chef so I am at his mercy. LoL.
