This is validating. I'm a judoka, but also grapple no gi and hate the low folk/freestyle stance. It's exhausting and most people I go against have mediocre shots anyways.

Do you guys have any online resources you recommend for a catch wrestling beginner/structuring a program? I’m in an area with plenty of BJJ gyms, but no one seems to know anything about catch.
