I moved from Miami to Tallahassee in 1992 and brought my 25’ Aquasport Center Console and kept it at St Marks. Scalloping became a Huszagh family tradition. Drifting the grass flats with the whole family gathering the scallops was such fun. I prepared them the same way you did with the shortcut of using cans of Progresso white clam sauce, extra minced garlic and Snows chopped clams with extra olive oil our scallops over linguine. Thanks for bringing back so many happy memories.

One thing I would have liked to seen was.....after cooking the scallops...remove them from the pan and then add some corn starch to that lovely sauce to thicken it up and put it over the scallops and pasta

Nice Job!! We are heading over on Sunday. I have been going for 20+ years. The water looked clear, last year was really dirty due to all the rain. Nice job cleaning them also. My crew is to ready to hit the pool and get a drink when we get back and I don't want to clean a two two boat limit on my own so we pay the dock hands to clean em for us they do a great job. I love the respect you all show the marine life such as the size of the scallops on whether to harvest them or not. Also the stone crab I know you can take two arms but ethically beat to leave one which allows them to eat more and grow bigger faster if you leave at least one claw on
