One of the main reasons I subscribed to this channel is the realism. Bad hook sets, backlashes, ant bites, etc. And through it all you manage to maintain your discipline and patience to enjoy the full process of lure fishing for bass. Quick tip for you man, I like to think I know quite a bit about frog fishing so give this a shot. You want your frog to walk easy and still trim the legs? Trim one leg shorter. It walks incredibly easy. The first pop it always pulls toward the longer leg then you're setup to walk her all the way in.

Pro tip on frogs. Always use a sexy frog and if your not going to slightly bend the hooks up just a bit to help with hook ups.

Second tip. If your bend your hooks up and outward a little bit so they just barely poke your finger when you run it down the side or back of the frog, your hookup ratio will go up astronomically.

There's an old rock quarry right up the road from my house and you can see the monsters from the cliffs edge and I would put money on there being 12 pounders in this lake!!
