Shiny hunting in SwSh is just ugh. Why is the battle method so, bad?

You have to encounter the yellow glowing pokemon

@@familyguyguy7520 I know how the battle method works. It’s still bad since you cap at a 3% spawn rate for a brilliant aura Pokémon after 100 and max odds are after 500. It’s not a very practical way to shiny hunt and is basically full odds hunting 97% of the time.
