Peeta killed the girl that started the fire in the first games. When he was in the career pack pretending to help them find Katniss & they didn't hear a cannon, he went back to kill her. But I guess it was different bc she was already injured.

Actually, Jen'd said about the slobbery thing before at the comi- con and I think after that when the interviewers ask about the kissing scene they just put this story into every interview. It just a simple answer, however this show that they're really close friend. LOL
