I’m not a guide. But I do love putting people on fish and just sit back and watch grab bait and help the youngsters as much as I can. I’ve been pretty blessed with the caliber fish I have caught. And I’m not the greatest of fishermen but it’s always been a part of my life and my 23 year old daughter is always ready to go in the boat. And she is a stick. Been a joy watching her grow up with that in her life.

Man Clayton two Large and in charge Marge walleye’s in one day. Awesome fish. Nice to see them responding to the dinner bell as well. Appreciate the tips. And just to comment on people asking exactly where you fish…it’s almost like someone asking how much money do you have in your account? It’s one thing to ask hey Clayton what Lakes would you recommend for trophy walleye? That’s an acceptable question. But to comment and ask or expect: hey Clayton can I have your weigh points to all your trophy walleye holes on lake X…. That’s unacceptable. You’re the man Clayton. Keep those videos coming. 👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome Clayton‼️Mondo Walleye. I’m getting pumped for the ice season. I’m building my lake trout setup based on your recommendations. Had a question on the line. On your 30 lb suffix 832 ice braid are you finding spools bigger than 50 yds? That’s all I can find and with a 3000 size reel 50 yds seems pretty shallow even with a 15-20 ft fluorocarbon leader.
@ClaytonSchickOutdoors
@ClaytonSchickOutdoors 3 ай бұрын
Just run backing :). Ice braid sells in smaller spools so they can keep the cost down a little bit. I should note also if you are going to fish inside a shack the ice braid isn’t as important.
