I've found that the panfish don't swallow small circle hooks as much as the j hooks.

Hey, good tip . Robbyn and I were just looking at some new hooks and we were looking at some barbless dry fly hooks. I think I am gonna try out the small circle hooks.

I am real happy to see the fish biting better in these cooler water temps. I am gonna put more catfish in in April next year. and we will then have a 3rd generation cat fish .

Sounds great free fishing. come one come all. how about I just invite the entire high school fishing team down here while i'm at it . another thing is it is a liability if one of them drowned in that water while stealing my boat for a joy ride they could probably sue me. I have a locked gate with 2 no trespassing signs on it , but they still climbed the gate and came in without permission. No I don't need friends like that .
