Catching my SECOND Raikou in Pokémon Sleep!

Raikou actually working out really nice on my team. Using the first Raikou. Don't think the stats at as bad as people are saying. Getting 5 additional helps from all my Pokemon every time it triggers is great and the Sleep Exp bonus is always nice to level up my team. Maybe I've been lucky with it triggering the skill twice. My second Raikou was also worse so going to use Raikou biscuits from now on and save my Master biscuits for Suicune and Entei. The biggest bummer for Raikou is that there is no designated Electric island so after this week it will be harder to justify having it on a team where Suicune and Entei with the same skill for Fire and Water can used weekly on Cyan Beach and Taupe Hollow.

Raikou skill trigger is low,only 2%,maybe once per day,that’s terrible!

I like how they planned out the subskills: give everyone the same build for their first catch, nothing too negative for skill specialists, but not so great that you don't have incentive to reroll. I used my Raikou biscuits for the first catch. Will catch my second with a Master, and will patiently wait for a shiny to appear for a third.

I was thinking of how badly I wanted the Shiny, that I figured I'd save one incense after the event, and then use it when we get another event like the Christmas one with an increased chance for Shinies

That is why I don’t wanna waste my Master biscuit on Raiku. They should Make the stats better if you use a master biscuit. We appreciate your Master Biscuit sacrifices Reversal ❤

Personally I used master biscuit on most of the Pokémon who need more than 12 heart to get tame

@@warcus4428 im waiting until saturday or sunday to use a raikou incense, just hit master 9 today so gonna see if i get lucky from tonight's sleep. I bought one incense with the manes and i still have a free one from the developers, plus i can still buy another incense for kind of cheap which i will probably save for the end of next week. Good luck if you are going for more, also yeah i will be using the friend incense too

For the Daily gift, you can get up to 100 Diamonds. It's super rare. Good reasons for issues with Raikou, and why I'm trying to slowly get one with the free Biscuits. Tonight will be my first catch attempt. Personally, Entei has a lot more interesting value because it could help fill out a Taupe team. Raikou would be benched outside of this event and occasional Greengrass teams in the present state of the game.

Reversal, I’d recommend u put riku on your team. Since trigger rate for electric pokemon during the event is 1.5x. The main skill should be going off more than u think and with all the raichu your running, every trigger should be a substantial amount of str.(didn’t finish the video, dang even with the 1.5x trigger rate this week, ppl are saying that he isn’t triggering his main skill?)

oh, btw, what you suggested, swapping out the team and then tapping the Raikou won't work. it triggers the line up you had when the trigger became available. (it says it on the Raikou skill info box at the very bottom)😅 very cheeky

I enjoy these :) Question: Why are you not using a wiggly? I think it would yield you much more berries overall! I personally am using 4 Raichu and a wiggly this week and from my sneaky snacking alone I gain about 60k because my team is fully charged when going to bed. Anyways I'm looking forward to tomorrows vid!

Why are there 2 different prices in the event exchange where the one where there are more avaliable cost double? Its nice to see some content about pokemon sleep from anywhere, I am a free to play player (no intention to put any money into this I already put money in pokemon go) with no in game friends as I have not asked around. I am rank 38, can hold onto 120 berries and pokemon. I was able to get a raikou yesterday. My current team for this event is leader as Venasaur (level 38) with Arcanine (level 34), Blastoise (level 37), Alteria (level 21), and Golem (level 27).

You can't collect more raikou incence you can only carry one unless you use it which sucks because i thought i can save it for another master biscuit for the second raikou since im free to play i i can't collect them and the event is two weeks so i be lucky to get two in this event and my berry luck suck i got mango and magamite berries and he only one that field and electric type is mostly skill base and same for physic type and did 4 reroll and now im hoping i get good rng for next week im stuck whatever i get my team since it not very common berries so there pretty weak the only one Pokemon is Raichu is 97 percent percent perfect and and adding ingredients magnets Pokemon to my team so i can make any dish i have all ingredients so far i just gonna unlock it and get free diamond 😅
