Awesome video Gabe! I like the fact you called out the younger viewers of you channel to clean up their mess if they are out doing sneaky stuff like most of us have done in our younger years. Bluegabe, you are me 25 years ago, except I was doing it on the sandbars of the rivers in Alabama. Same grill, same type, beautiful woman. I had a yellow lab and no children for the first several years of my adulthood. My wife and I spent nearly every weekend camping in a tent on a sandbar, and we loved every minute of it. I wish I could just get out on the water today. I'd give anything for one more day.

When I was little we used to go to the hole in the wall on the south side of the inlet for toadies.. caught them one year coming in the inlet just as thick as the mullet run loaded up on some drumsticks. Been years since I've been up there though thought I heard the hole closed up shame if it has was a blast monster calms in there too...

Years back over here in Bonita Springs we used to have company fishing days ,, Guys we worked for back then would take us fishing and we got paid 1 or 2 times a year ,,,We were all big fisherman and partyers back then so a lot of beer 🍺 would be drank !! So we are coming up the Imperial River here in Bonita Springs and my buddy cast another buddies rod n reel out and it flies out of his hands to the bottom of the river !!! Funniest thing ever !! You're ending talking about losing a combo has me smiling n lol to myself thinking about that fun day probably 25yrs ago maybe even more !! Good Stuff

Australian pine is an excellent cooking wood. A lot of the wood fired pizza restaurants in South Florida love it. It contains no fat tar. Do you remember Kenny Rogers roasted chicken? Their wood of choice was Australian pine. Please try it in the future Gabe. Nice videos!!

I am from Ft. Myers and back in the day before you were born I was catching green backs or white bait or pilchards to catch Snook on the Gulf side of Sanibel Island. I also went to Placida and Boca Grande for Snook, Redfish, grouper, mullet and Tarpon . The Tarpon was for fun the rest we ate. I love your videos son! Granny from/in NE Florida now.
