I just found your channel and subbed. I have voles digging up my yard, a couple of rats and my cats have been keeping the mice at bay this year . I like your hobby! Very useful! I've gotta try some of the better ones! I think I have a vole colony under my chicken run. A lotta dirt movement! I don't use poisons, so trapping and noise as well as the cats are going to have to fo it. Do you have an idea what frequency sounds rodents dislike? I was thinking a WiFi speaker and running a tone outside our hearing range they don't like. Any ideas? I need to get my plants in the ground! I have a garden area that's empty. A sound or tone to get them to not like my garden would be great! Thanks!

Hi Shawn. It is the CV19 era when I am writing this. I have to wear a mask when I go out. When I come back there is a guard at the gate who takes my temperature. If it is a new guard who doesn't know me, I have to show not only my ID but my address, to show I belong in that garden. "Garden" is what a condo is called here. I am very happy to see and hear you. Your voice is very mellow. You show respect for nature and the animals you catch. I believe you are a wonderful father. I pray that you and your wonderful family are safe and healthy. Thanks for your dedication to your viewers. I know it is not easy to maintain a schedule that required a new video or two every week. Rats are not a problem in my garden. There are a lot of cats. But outside the garden, it is a different story. I believe that a "Rat Catcher" would be a viable career in my city. Thanks again.

Those racoons reminded me of when I fed a family of racoons from my porch when I was little. They are so friendly they just want food and we didn't want them picking through our garbage. Sadly they never came back but I do see a different family every few years. My backyard is quite large where I live and I have about 10, 40 foot pine trees in my backyard. Really cool to see wildlife you normally wouldn't see in an urban environment. I'm going to a college in a forest based area and just yesterday I saw a family of racoons. They were so quick on their hunt for food. Such curious and hungry little critters. Glad I didn't miss this video. Really good watch. And also congratulations on behalf of the new trapper in the family.

I'm dealing with a mouse in my house right now, I think it's the Brain. I caught 3 dumber ones. I have 3 different live catch traps set up, he won't go into any of them. A havahart, one with a drop plank, and a bowl with vegetables oil in the bottom so when he goes to get the food he can't escape. Nothing is working. But he's a bold mouse. Comes out on the countertop during the day, I've seen him half a dozen times. He's just to quick to catch. Might have to try a kill trap. But it'd rather not kill it.

I have brave browser so i dont have any ads😅😂
@YouKnowMeDuh5 жыл бұрын
@@ThePharmacist-OFTG Understandable, but I suggest when you are watching people who you actually like on a browser that allows ads if you don't donate. If we all decided not to watch ads, I don't believe Shawn would have enough of an incentive to spend so much of his time filming and editing videos. It's not easy, especially with KZbinrs that have another job at the same time.

I love how polite the animals are. They just take one and go. They don’t take them all for themselves.

You had the truck since college?! SHOW US! Could you do a quick walk around it? I'm a car guy, and love when someone keeps something beyond the payments because it was a good vehicle. As a viewer from nearly the beginning, it would be so interesting to me and I'm sure a bunch others. 👍
