@@OnlyTheReal_RPM An AMG like that.. likely they took it overseas (massive organized crime syndicates do this worldwide) or they removed all the VIN numbers and replaced them with a legitimate vin. I remember someone here in San Francisco started getting daily toll charges for their car going over the Bay Bridge. They hadn't actually crossed the bridge daily of course, but the pictures showed their exact car! Eventually they figured out someone with an identical car had taken their number plate down and remade them for their own car. These great lengths people go to for this stuff is insane.

Also look around in that area too because it looks like they drove it there, that’s why they used a tire to prop themselves up while driving it there so they couldn’t have been going from far. Yeah that’s what I think aye, the car actually did have a AirTag inside, it was in my wallet though so when the thieves rifled through my wallet they chucked the tag out too lol, but in the future the AirTag will be hidden better learnt my lesson there 🥲

I’d have cried if I was in your position. Glad you got it back, unfortunately you got it back in that condition. I got a 93 EG hatch a few months ago and already have 8k total with car included too and that’s just maintenance the previous owner didn’t do due to it sitting for a while. But runs perfect, still some things to do but it’s great. Also comes with si leather rear seats, all door cards and headliner, working hatch and glass with the rear working wiper, and OEM donut from the car along with the scissor lift😂 also has prelude front confetti seats

Man, that sucks, had this same kind of thing happen to my pickup truck here in Finland, they took offroad tires, fenders, wipers and tried to take the windshield, i was lucky to feel that something ain't right and i happened to check if my daily driver was locked with key fob and it flashed lights that might have scared the thiefs away..

Yeah mate same thing happened to me gave the police everything they needed on a silver plate and they did nothing the guy managed to sell it a week later before the police did anything about it. Luckily I managed to track it down two weeks later but even now with all the information they’re doing next to nothing to punish the guy who stole it even though he’s literally the registered owner of the fake plates he put on it. Love the builds though bro im in the same boat where its really unmotivating to pickup another project if its gonna be taken from you but so glad i did. For me getting a 4wd project afterwards was a good shout as even if someone stole it the insurance value on them is pretty good so feels a bit safer money wise. Look forward to the next projects bro a 4wd would be different but interessting tho😊

I feel your pain, all my buddies and my civics got stolen, b20vtec Crx never found. B20v eg hatch stolen at 1 am, recovered a bare shell, literally nothing left at 6 am. Ssr wheels mugen twin loop,etc. you will see an eg with all you parts in it too. I saw my exact buddy’s wheels and weapon an exact replica white eg hatch, and couldn’t do anything 😢
