You've heard that Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead - it means He paid the price for your sins so you can be forgiven, saved and have a personal relationship with your Creator. All you have to do is be willing in your mind to have your life and heart changed, believe in your heart that Jesus rose from the dead and follow/seek Him daily. Watch how the Holy Spirit moves in your life.. much love and God bless you!!

Felix needs to start a private security consulting company. He could be making 100k from each dealership by beefing up their security and providing training for countering the thieves. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and seems to actually have a good conscience.

Just undo the negative terminal of your vehicles battery during night time they'll be stuck trying too figure it out and in about 30 seconds they'll abandon it cause it wouldn't start. They'll just take spare change or other valuable things in the car instead.
@bo-dine7971Ай бұрын
@@kylebeach2316 Yep but also if you're too lazy to re-connect each time you could use a solenoid-actuated switch or if you have a decent understand of electronics just a simple switch somewhere disconnecting or shorting some part of the system with which the car won't crank no matter what but no damage would be done; since there're so many safeties in place today the latter option can be quite simple. And hiding a switch isn't hard it's not like they have hours to search every nook & cranny but even then you could disguise it as AC or something so no way they'd even think of touching it. One thing I learned by studying theft is the dumbest, weakest defence is usually the best because they just don't expect it, I remember reading about a "secret lock" for a door in some old book which consisted of a clothes peg on the other side of the door with a small, barely-visible hole drilled through the door & one side of the peg, you'd stick something like a screwdriver through to unlock it, the most simple, almost "stupid" idea but because no-one even thinks like that it works better than any actual lock since almost literally any lock CAN be picked, which is clearly shown by the channel "lock picking lawyer" and unless they are ready to kick the door down they'll just give up. And IF they are ready to kick doors down then they'll get in either way by smashing a window or something so a well-secure door wouldn't help anyway.

its just key programmers. trust me i know some idiots doing it. the problem is gm chrysler and a few other brands can be taken with those tablets. a ford, mercedes,bmw are different. some u need different cords and have to rip the glovebox off to add a cable etc. a bmw or mercedes wil take 30 mins at least to remove the dme and open the circuit board and a plug to computer to steal it. but a gm can crank up thru an obd as he did in the video, you dont even have to program a blank key. for dodge, you need a blank key to reprogram and takes about 2 mins. but those keys come free with the tablets lol. i researched all this stuff myself. there are enough cars you can steal in under 2 mins that you can make decent money. then start getting the deep stuff like the $3000 device he mentioned to steal toyotas/lexus. devices like that come from organized crime groups overseas and are made by actual smart people. but majoroity are just using the tablets to take them. the tablets Tommy was holding is an autel km100 and the blue one is a Autel Im508. can take alot of cars with just those and both of those are 1200 combined on amazon.

@eurosonly3 ай бұрын
To be fair, as an owner of two lexus cars, I knew about the canbus attack method for a few months myself. It's just a matter of time before stuff like this becomes common knowledge. This is how the iphone jailbreak community started out. All the manufacturers have to do is patch it but the next version will also get spoofed and cracked and the cycle repeats unless there's a brand new hardware method implemented but the companies won't step up to it unless they get a kick back from the state or raise their prices.
@itsnotthat_3 ай бұрын
@@eurosonly yea I think it's a very good thing that Tommy is drawing attention to this. Most car vulnerabilities are glaring hardware and software mistakes and these will always be exploited by criminals. The problem like this video states is that dealerships make money either way because of how insurance works.

22:40 - "CANBus attack", CANBus is the protocol which lets the car communicate actions to the electrical components, this is why old cars had massive wiring looms as each wire went direct to the component, but now it's all through CANBus. That is also why you'll have loads of electrical faults over something simple on a modern car. I had ABS, TCS, etc. shut off over a single ABS sensor failure, I suspect their devices do a similar thing where it throws a false flag to the security system and it just takes it as a legitimate command. I had to do some developing on CANBus at my old job working on HVAC systems as a software dev.
