Great trip , smart move to get ahead of the darkness in that area lots of moose for sure. Been a while since I've been mackerel catching but I like to bleed them fast too and get them on ice definitely help keep them fresh longer. Have a great week my buddy.

Great mackerel session Brayden, really enjoyed this one dude! Our limit is the same with 20 with pretty much the same minimum measurement of 10.6 inches. Thanks for taking us on an adventure!

Have you tried single hooks?

@@cccmmm1234 I only use single Hooks when I’m strictly releasing mackerel. I find you lose more mackerel with a single hook because their mouths are so soft , and it’s more pressure on one given area , rather than the weight being dispersed upon 3 ( treble hook ). They shake that hook out easier. I hope that makes sense ! Thanks for watching !
