Catching up (Week Commencing 26th February 2024)

If you missed my daily Instagram stories this is what we did last week.
You can find more detailed information in this video but here is an overview.
Transition newly germinated seeds to the greenhouse gently by taking them in at night, then covering with a propagator lid or fleece for the first few days, avoiding frosts.

Pinch out snapdragons if not already done and take cuttings if you would like (videos available)
Harden off Sweet Peas, Wild Carrot, Orlaya grandiflora, Ammi Visnaga and anything else really hardy if you have space.
Planting OUT OUT - this means they can go in the garden providing hardening off has been done.
Ammi majus, Agrostemma, Cerinthe, Poppies, Sweet Rocket and Cornflowers.
Continue to protect Anemones and Ranunculus from frost.
You have plenty of time to catch up so don't worry if you are a little behind, it's still very early.
