@@conjo4030 lol.. i know you know your football .... but a lot of kpop stans do not and the amount of times i have taken the pizz out of that minji free kick and got attacked is crazy!!! i love my football and knew she 'balooned' it (got way under the ball rather than striking the middle) the loud cheers are what we fans call 'ironic' cheers... it when someone messes up real bad... like when a keeper mishits or misses the ball or totally flops a kick out... minji even went on a live and explained at how upset she was that everyone else did a better job and how she practiced so much and messed up... yet stans will still tell me i'm wrong and hers was the best kick lol.... crazy!! her technique is crazy funny... if you look you will see youtube videos comparing it to the actual bundesliga logo.. and its accurate its so funny!

Fun fact, aespa and newjeans are THE top 2 kpop groups of their generation so that moment is def one for the history books. Multiple clips and pictures trended (or whenever both groups interact tbh). Both are well loved by the general public so yeah What’s interesting is that their concepts are on the complete opposite sides of the spectrum. While NJ is popular for their retro/chill/nostalgic vibe, aespa are known for their futuristic/in your face/metallic sound. These 2 dominate the charts. At some point, 4 of the Top 5 songs on Melon (Korea’s most used music streaming site) were occupied by them (Supernova & Armageddon by aespa, How Sweet & Bubblegum by NJ). This was the only time they clashed comeback dates hence the surge of interactions.

'unnie' is just a respectful way of talking to someone older than you but still in your age group... most asian countries have a word for this.. in south korea its 'unnie' .... its why you see hyein say 'unnie' when addresing all the other members.. its basically means 'older sister' .... obvioulsy i am not being racist but white people generally don't do this.. its an asian thing ... all elders even if not related.. even if we just met them.. we call uncle and aunties ..its just a sign of respect for elders.... and people in our age we call older brother or sister.. me having indian ethnicity we do this as well. theres a clip where minji calls haerin unnie and everyone laughs... obviously minji trolling lol because haerin younger lol

Also if you like hyein speaking english (or any of them) a couple weeks ago they did a short video with Calvin Klein called "NewJeans Play Most Likely" where they answer some questions and it's pretty cute and silly and the whole thing is in english

Today, NJ sent an ultimatum to terminate the exclusive contract. The agency will most likely reject the request, so it seems likely that they will begin a lawsuit to terminate the contract within a month. The injunction will probably be decided within 2-3 months after that. The local fans are welcoming it. Now we can almost see the ending of the drama.

Minji was way better than Wemby on the first pitch, lol. Did you watch the Mavs vs. Nuggets game? Kyrie was amazing but the Nuggets won. That was probably the best game since the start of the season.

Newjeans just announced their contract termination (if demands aren't met, which I'm almost certain they won't be because the CEO has way too big of an ego to let them win) so I would imagine it's going to go to court. No worries though, they have a mountain of evidence to support breach of contract so I'm confident they'll win. Hopeful and curious to see what they'll do with their freedom! Had to come back to comment because I thought it was funny I just mentioned it yesterday.

the aespa thing was odd...... BSH said to MHJ we got to destroy AESPA... yet after that came out the girls showed solidarity and started doing colabs together ... proof the actual memebers of groups support each other other.. its just the stupid labels behind them.. the ADULTS creating all the drama.. literally just search for aespa newjeans... you will see the dance colabs tey did after that hate came out from the dumb labels

Bro you really need to get yourself a minji version of an album it has a bunch of minji pictures in it 😂 As for the hybe stuff, we're basically still just waiting to see if newjeans are going to terminate their contracts. But it's a bit complicated because kpop contracts are hard to terminate, so they have to build a strong legal case. Album was supposed to be promoting right now and it's not, which means they're still on an unwanted hiatus.
