i think we can all agree that getting nut into the tmg network for his own podcast would be a win win. this episode is one of my favourites on insanely chill, and every other vid with cody has been so fun to watch. also you can really tell how comfortable they all are together on camera. it's literally insanely chill. the chemistry is real and it would be such a special opportunity for nut as well, bro has so much potential. he'll have a space to grow and work on his own community and audience, and we get some fire content : ') also having him on a video with noel and cody would genuinely be so good. a that's cringe would be legendary😂

30:20 Crohn’s disease can be identified by a gastroenterologist by doing a colonoscopy. It is an inflammatory bowel disease where your immune system is over reactive and starts attacking itself. Medicine is prescribed via a TNF (tumor necrosis factor)-blocker which blocks a protein in the immune system for inflammation. It effects people differently, for example me personally I didn’t have to change my diet “yet” and haven’t any flare ups since I’ve been on medication. Although others have a strict diet that if they try something different they have only a couple mins to make it to a bathroom. Before medication I got so bad off that one day I had over 23 bathroom trips and 9 days without being to eat or drink without throwing up lost over 30 lbs. it was a very depressing point of my life
