I have heard that a lot of skiers put mustard powder or cayenne chili powder in the bottom of their boots and it keeps their feet warm course. You have to make sure you’re not sensitive to it first. Hey, did you guys as parents or grandparents ever use mustard plaster’s on you when your back was sore or you had a bad cold I’ve heard that works too and you could probably just put them on the bottom of your

Hello, so sorry for the coldness and ice. I live in Lagos De Moreno, Jalisco, 6800 ft, it cold here at night and morning, 50. And 70’s during the day, but our home is made from bricks and cement, and it’s like a refrigerator in side. In the morning people sit in the sun to eat breakfast, our homes are cold. But I have lived where it snowed when I was younger, not fun.

In the 20’s here and snowing. Have to take my 83 year old dad to two doctors appointments in the morning. He’s not going to be happy. Please pray for him. After having brain tumor removed, it’s now recommended that he have radiation. I’m praying that it will help him if he agrees to have it. He isn’t doing well, so we worry about his quality of life for the time he has left. I don’t want him to suffer. He has trouble breathing and sleeps 90% of the time and his appetite is way down. The first two weeks of December was so cold here in Idaho! It was foggy for 12 days and temps were in the low 20’s. It was freezing the moisture in the air and the frost was piling up on the ground. I just got in from feeding all my crew. Here in the Northern part of TN we had ice this morning, everything was frozen, it started warming up around noon. so it’s just rain now. Prayers for my niece April's family she passed yesterday Saturday January 4 she leaves behind 3 teenage children she is divorced. And a dear friend of mine Kathy lost everything in her house fire on Thursday night she lost her husband and their dog to smoke inhalation. She was not home she was with her adult daughter in the ER she went there to pick up her grandson so he didn't have to wait on his mom.
