I hope you get the internship! Last year I applied for one with NASA however they sent me an acceptance email for an interview almost a month before they said they would... and the email got lost in my giant inbox... and I was too late once I finally realized they had tried to reach out to me. I was devastated at first but the point is I’m kinda happy I missed the email bc I needed a failure to set me back in reality. My college career was full of success stories prior and I started to annoy myself! It brought me back down to earth and here I am applying to grad schools as prepared as ever 🧡

my family does the same thing. when we go on a trip as a family we would look for an ornament that either has the place that we went on it or it is a famous monument or thing from the city/place. our tree at xmas time is full of ornaments that remind us of our travels as a family.
