Michelle's job is to be the "mean" judge, and we don't see her full critiques, just the snippets they use to build a narrative.

So Ru and Michelle have professional makeup artists (i stress the S in artistsss) who do their makeup and then hair artistsssss who do their hair and then stylistssssss who dress them and then they go and judge people on their hair , their makeup and their outfits and teach them how to do things ! I think this was super inspiring and awesome. Like she said, she still has a ton of as of yet un-met career goals, but she's achieved a lot and has the drive to keep going with a positive attitude. How many celebrities who haven't worked as hard to achieve more melt down when something doesn't go their way? I aspire to HER kind of work ethic.
