You do the BEST voiceovers! You don’t ever make that noise like you have done 40 days in the desert without water, you don’t say “um”, or other phrases 50 times in a video 15 minutes long and you don’t talk for ages with absolutely nothing but your background on the screen. Even if you did have nothing but background paper on the screen, we would be too busy bloody laughing. If anyone doesn’t like it they can bugger right off! Ps. Just want to say that I’ve always loved your videos. So thanks for continuing to do them. Now, what I got for Christmas…yes! I got some nail stuff!! An entire set of 24 Born Pretty stamping polishes, a silicone nail charm mold to make little 3D bows, a set of 12 chrome powders with applicators, and a set of dual forms! Now, I’m not a pro. I just do my own and my 2 sisters’ nails. But I do have a huge Madame Glam gel polish collection, tons of glitters, a satisfactory supply of crystals, including many Swarovski, and a portable nail table. I just love playing with nail designs! And so my sisters indulge me by buying me new nail stuff. They said it’s also self-serving because they get to be the recipients of all the new stuff!🤣. Anyway, I hope you got your hot chocolate as a well-deserved treat for doing a wonderful video. And one of my sisters watched it with me, and wants me to steal your design for her next set of nails. So it’s off to the Madam Glam site to buy the new colors and try to find those cat eyes you used. And also I want those chromes!! TTFN

I'm a bit late to the party on this video; I started watching it the day you uploaded it, but I had to click off because I was laughing, and was sick with bronchitis at the time and laughing made me cough. So now I'm feeling better and back for the rest of the entertainment 😊 We had a really nice Christmas, spent it with my kids and grandkids. My oldest son (40 year old police officer) thought it would be a good idea to put nerf guns in everyone's Christmas stocking 🤦‍♀️. So we had five adults, a teenager, and two little ones running all around the house wearing crazy Christmas PJs and having a nerf gun fight. No teams... just every man for himself 😂

Ah man, I hate that people know the feeling, because it means others are suffering too. I know what you mean about childhood; now I'm older, I can think back on certain experiences and realise, yep, that was a panic attack. To be fair, one time was when I was in a rickety old coach, with 40 noisy schoolmates, wobbling our way up a very narrow 'road' on the side of a mountain in Wales, so panic was the spot-on reaction. Nowadays it can be a light snow, or a random Tuesday afternoon for no reason, which makes a lot less sense! But...we get through it, we always do, and we always will - not that that makes it any less horrific. My motto is 'pillows, prayer, and pyjamas'. That's how every day will end. 🛏🙏👕😴

Oooh yes, had a great Xmas! My husband got me a hard gel starter set from Lissette's Gel Nails and it's soooooooo nice. When I say that he got it for me, what I mean is I picked it out and told him I wanted it and I made the purchase but he supplied his credit card 😅😅. That's how he usually does my gifts lol. He very much lives by the "Happy wife, happy life" saying. I'm very disappointed that there was no picture shown of handsome Mr Dex in his snappy bow tie! 😅 We're currently getting our second weekend of snow here in Kentucky. One more thing- You mentioned possibly going live this weekend but not having any subject matter to insert or a goal or whatever. But some of the nail challenges are actually pretty funny and don’t require any skills whatsoever. So you could do an ad-lib nail challenge using your nail cards. ORRR…. -actually this is a pretty good idea- I’ve been wanting to make one for months now and just haven’t gotten around to it but it’s basically making paint palettes (they do make awesome coasters for any non-artists!!) using clear hard gel. You just pour your palette shape onto some parchment paper and cure. Then you continue to add clear layers with whatever glitter/charms/shells/rhinestones etc your heart desires. Once you have that base, you Just keep adding layers and …schtuff😂 cure as you go. Then when you’re done, you efile the shit out if it until it’s nice and smooth. Clean it up. Paint the outer edges gold. Or don’t. Lol. Do whatever you want! But then Give it a couple layers of top coat and you’re done. Without a doubt there are people here on YT who have made them beautifully and the actual act of explaining it they will definitely do more beautifully as well 😂 just search them up. It’s quick (as in it won’t take 8+ hours to do) enough that it doesn’t have a chance to get boring before you’re finished! Super easy. And the design potential is absolutely limitless 🤗🤗🤗 Okay I’ll stop with these encyclopedic-length comments (for today!) and hope you ladies have a wonderful weekend 😘😘

@ not to mention that color appears different to different people and with polish, there are limitless colors….prolly one of my attractions to nail art. So the next time a client asks you “…so what color is this?” You should respond “…let’s see, what color do you think it is? “ Then let them ramble on and on and on while you get on with your work. 😂
