Brings back so many memories of my high school days, this entire album (Lovedrive) is amazing. Klaus Meine has always had an amazing and phenomenal voice and it is also a time that Micheal Schenker was asked to help out, Uli Jon Roth left the Scorpions and Michael Schenker left UFO and helped with this album and he began his solo career with MSG.

The Scorpions are amazing, whether its rock or ballads. I love their earlier songs, just been playing their debut Lonesome Crow album, with Michael Schenker playing incredible solo's, through a mix of rock, ballads and psychedelia.

It's been a while since I gave "Lonesome Crow" a spin. A part of me wishes that Michael would have stayed in the band, but if he had stayed the band might not ever of had Uli in it.

You need to listen to the early Scorpions - Lonsome crow, Fly to the rainbow, Taken by force, In trance, and Virgin killer. These were their best stuff, hands down.

The album this song originally came on, Lovedrive, is for me, their best and started a run of great albums during the late 70s into the 80s that made them superstars. That entire album should be reacted to, at least do the title track, Lovedrive. Michael Schenker guests on it and is fire as always. They also brought Matthias Jabs in on lead guitar who helped alter their sound just a hair and make them more popular. Great band, more Lovedrive! 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶

Absolutely one of their best songs. And there are many. Great band should be in the HOF. Seen them live and I have to say probably the best band I've heard live, They sounded just like their albums!!!

This is my favorite Scorpions album. What I love about it is that the album tells a story about a touring. From the beginning with "Loving You Sunday Morning" the day before the tour. Then the next few songs about being on the road, and ending with "Lovedrive" the desire to get home. Finally getting home for a "Holiday" with their loved ones.

Michael was the lead guitarist for the group UFO. He started a band call MSG the Michael schenker group. And he does make appearances with the scorpions his brother is Rudolph one of the lead guitarist for the scorpions

There's a live video out there of them doing this in Barcelona, I believe, where they really bring out the Spanish influence. If not Barcelona, somewhere that speaks Spanish, although it MIGHT have been in Brazil. But yeah...it's a fecking awesome live cut. Saw these guys in '84 and again in '90. They rocked the 70s & 80s.
