Wow, that's one of my favorite desserts during the holidays, it's been a while I haven't had it! I'm not sure if "cheese pimiento" is a popular sandwich spread in Russia, the peppers in cousin Irina's garden make me think of it. It may be purchased commercially here in the Philippines.
