Hi, Catherine! In answer to your question about mounting your TV, I have a somewhat similar dilemma. I want to mount a medicine cabinet in the bathroom but the studs are not where I need them to be, so I am going to mount a board to the studs and mount the cabinet to the board! I hope that makes sense and that maybe it helps you!

I always wear a sweater with shorts! Weather changes so frequently where I live so layers are a must. It’s also a great way to regulate your temp, like you said. My core gets cold way faster than my legs!

talk with your landlord over the apartment and make sure they're ok with the one you choose. with the stud issue you can mount a board into the studs and then mount the tv mount to that board. makes centering the tv much easier.

Yes, in my old apartment the TV was mounted with Toggle Bolts. It stayed up for years with no problem and didn’t need to be attached to wall studs because of the bolts.

Catherine, I got a four pack of the washing up pads from E-cloth. I cannot believe how much I love it to do the dishes! We don't have a dishwasher (we live in an older home) but I honestly don't mind doing the dishes now because of how well it works! I am going to give one to my mom and one to my sister because I think they will really like them too! Thanks for telling me about them. I love this product and will be ordering more!

I mount all of my tvs! It’s pretty simple even if you don’t have studs (i use those plastic things- i forget what they’re called) and if you absolutely have to fill the holes it’s so easy!

Mount it! Typically landlords are fine with it as long as you patch up the holes (just like with any other adjustments. You can get a mounting bracket from Amazon, Target, etc. I will say its probably a two person job, esp when you need to lift the tv onto the bracket.

I have even worn flannel PJs in the apt .. 😂 your body has different temperatures throughout the day so it can happen. 😀 In 10 years we haven't mounted our TV's - mainly because our walls our plaster not drywall so we're being more kind to the homeowner on this. adorable little fosters!! ❤️🐈🐈🧶🧶

You can mount a tv in the apartment; you can find studs with a stud finder there should be some they just might not be exactly where you want them. Read your lease though for what the policies are on hole size in the wall. I know my last rental specified no holes bigger than a nail but others in the past haven't cared as long as you patched the hole before leaving.

There are tv stand mounts you can consider. I have one in my teenagers room and he loves it and I have my two toddlers mounted on the wall because they kept messing with the tv and cable box

Bengal ant and roach spray will take care of your ants. They use raid which attracts them. Also they don't like lines on. Mop everyday. I know it sucks. But it works!

Hi! I am a property manager for the a luxury complex. I would ask your management team to make sure it is allowed (normally it is you would just be responsible for patching the holes when you move out) and it should be fine up to 72 inches without having to drill directly into a stud. I would have someone come out and do it for you but it should def. be possible to hang the TV without much issue.

I love the little black one Ruby. She reminds me of my Nicky who looked just like her. He was 26 when he died but I still miss him. I’d get another cat only I just got engaged and my fiancé is very allergic to them. Fortunately he’s not allergic to my two Shih Tzu’s. We have 4 tvs wallmounted in our apartment. There is a wall mount on Amazon for about $30-$40 and it has it where you just need one stud for a secure hold. I'll see if I can find the link. It wasn't terrible to install alone either.
