Nature has that power to put us in perspective against something that is greater and older. Timeless! Love the reminders that we are mere specks in the universe. Humbled!

Hi Aaron. I am constantly humbled out there. That is one of the aspects I love so much about nature. I think nature is the “real world” and feel more strongly about that the more time I spend in it. :)

Hey Everybody! I hope you enjoy this week’s video. It was a great trip and we had the place to ourselves! You might notice some focus issues in some shots.I am aware. My lens took a hit in Canada and I have been having issues since. Particularly in low light. Because the high canyon walls created shade on this trip, I was dealing with low light situations more often than not. My apologies. Please bear with me. I have sent my lens to Sony for repair. This video and the next are the only remaining videos shot pre-repair. I’ve purchased an adapter to allow me to use my Canon lenses on my Sony camera in the meantime. Thank you as always for your support. Enjoy the show!

I did not think you could improve your videos beyond the step-up to 4K . . . you just proved me wrong!!! . . . you have now incorporated GORGEOUS STILLS into the beginning, middle and end of you adventures accompanied with music that is sooooooooo relaxing! . . . also you have taken the time and effort to set up a tripod and film beautiful segments of walking on the trail itself . . . I also like that your scenes, whether wildlife, landscape, campsite location, set-up, food prep and/or conversation are "not rushed" and give the viewer time to observe and contemplate the "goings-on" . . . keep up the GREAT WORK!!! . . . and thank you:)

Catherine Gregory not really, been dealing with an excruciating painful illness for about two months and cannot figure out what it is. I’ve never been in pain this much in my life. My friends and I are sure it’s lymes disease Because I did get bit by two text about a year and a half ago. But after blood test came out negative we’re not sure what it is. I have talk to friends since though and we think I got a false positive because it’s been in my system for a long time. Anyways I plan on going out in the next week or two in and doing a quick overnight trip to test out some new gear so we will see. Thank you for asking by the way
