I think this will be on the menu for Father's Day! I also have a small fan in my kitchen!! I use this for cooling food items and cutting up onions. Having the fan blow across my cutting board as I cut up the onion keeps the tears from forming!!

Your exactly right about “room temperature” eggs. Makes the cake fluffier and rises more then cold eggs. I warm them in hot water to bring them to room temp when I’m in a hurry. Cake looks yummy 😋

There is no need to fridge eggs unless you think they have been fertilized. Eggs keep on the counter for a month or so.

When I was growing up my Grandmother;s fav candy was Snickers. At Christmas we put out candy in a hen candy dish (it was hers b4 she passed away) but always put a Snicker bar in it as well. On Christmas day we divide it into slices and everyone has one to remember her by. She would have LOVED! this recipe. I will be making this soon.
