I took the exact sciences cologuard test for colon cancer and ended up with a positive. After battling with my insurance company to bill the colonoscopy as screening instead of diagnostic since I had already had the cologuard, the colonoscopy showed no polyps, no cancer. Cologuard test was a false positive. There was absolutely no follow up by cologuard on my positive test to determine outcome. No feedback mechanism to correct the error of false positives. Not impressed with the test or lack of followup by Exact Sciences. Exactly how are they improving accuracy of screening if there is no follow up or feedback mechanism on the accuracy of the their tests?

These test are only for low risk people who are afraid of the colonoscopy or have actual medical counterindications (like my Mom). They are not advised for people who can do a colonoscopy.

It is risky and based on disruptive innovation; that is what she is selling and what you are getting, no more or less if you would like to follow a more balanced CIO/CFO; there are many of them out there who have well-diversified portfolios. I admire her openness and closeness to the public, and she dedicates her time to educating people like myself who have yet to learn about business/economics. Over the last 5 years ARKK is down 10% while the S&P500 is up 45%. That's a significant amount of people's wealth destroyed. The -10% return is even worst when you consider that Tesla stock (a large holding within ARKK) is up 806% over the same 5 year period. For ARKK to loose 10% of its value while Tesla increased 806% means the other stocks ARKK has invested in have lost a huge amount of money. ARKK is a terrible investment.
