Why didn't you read the test shunt for the amps? Pipe to soil potential read is positive , reverse the leads for a negative read. Nace Standard

Is there a way to use this technology to make a cell phone battery stay strong and the corrosion occur elsewhere. Could the battery stay at 100% efficiency If the wear and tear occurred in a portable pack.

Whenever you are going to put any kind of cathodic protection on ANY metal structure you need a anode that will corrode before your structure

he connected red cable with Portable Half cell and black cable with pipe line.......so multimeter is showing positive reading......... Black cable should be connected with Portable Half cell...........

Started off the video wrong. No face shield, No tester to see if the rectifier is hot. Didnt get his shunt readings.

A lot of companies do not require face shields. A lot do though, definitely. They are being used more often. And as far as testing the rectifier before touching it...its definitely a good practice to get into. I'll be the first to admit that I don't always. Lol

+keith lewis Look again, between 5 &7 seconds he is checking the case for voltage.
