Christ Jesus himself appointed the Church. The only Church that can trace its self back to Christ Jesus himself. Yes the Catholic Church is attacked like no other Church from within and without because the Devil knows it’s the true Church. When I got to the church, unbeknown to me the Mass time had changed. So I got there at the offertory. Then I thought! My guardian angel woke me early but I didn't put it together! Usually all Traditional Latin Rite Masses are the way to go. The Novus Ordo Mass has a few good priests like this one. But most if not all of the FSSP churches are like this priest. Which he is a member of.

People within the church and mainly the priests and Bishops are the ones our lady is warning about. She is not saying there's going to be a false Catholic Church. All she's saying is be steadfast in your faith. False things being said from our priests and Bishops contrary to the doctrine of the church is what we need to watch out for. Any consecrated priests weather good or bad is still a priest. The Pope in Rome is still the Pope. We've had good and bad popes all through our history. I grew up in the 50s and 60s. I went through the change in the church liturgy. I have never seen any Doctrine from the time I was a child till now any different. The biggest change I have noticed is the complacency of people

Because the pope does something with the lutherans does not do a single thing as far as Doctrine is concerned. Because a bishop or priest molest a child does that mean it changes doctrine of the church or that the true Catholic Church is not there anymore. Good on you Shelly! I have been saying this for quite a while now among Catholics and the response I receive is either a vacant look or it is received with silence. I suppose modernism has certainly brainwashed the faithful. The modern church deliberately removed the prayer of St Michael so that the devil can enter in and that he has done. You can see it! Keep praying the St Michael prayer as many times as possible or even request your parish priest to reinstate the prayer after mass. I am surprised at some Catholics that they are shocked when hearing of such scandals that afflict Holy Mother Church. When the protector of Holy Mother Church is no longer invoked what do you expect? Protection? Peace? Order? No...quite the contrary. Disorder and complete Chaos! Exactly what we are witnessing in the Catholic Church is today! Pray to St Michael!

I heard this some months ago and thought Father was being a bit harsh but two things have happened to make me change my mind as follows; I watched a TV programme over Christmas about the Radford family in England who have 21 children and would appear to be a living testimony to the way in which it is possible to have a large family and prosper : they have no inherited wealth and do not claim state handouts. Furthermore, these are not religious people, just loving parents with a great respect for the gift of each new life. (They have a KZbin tour of the home if anyone is interested). Secondly, I have been troubled of late by the goings on in the Church and sought random scriptural guidance when I happened upon Father's homily noting that he is referencing the same scriptures. Also the tone of the homily no longer sounds condemnatory but more "we're all in this together and need to recognise the impact our individual behaviour can have on the whole". Thanks be to God. Please give me the grace to do my part and draw down grace for others.

@@WoodynVA In the wider scheme of things maybe this particular priest does put too much emphasis on certain aspects of Church teaching: maybe that is his particular calling. Of course we are all supposed to use our brains to discern when we tune into Him in prayer what God is asking of us uniquely as well as listening to external guidance. However I disagree that there is anything obscene about a loving parents who successfully manage to raise a large family. On the contrary they glorify God who told us to be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth.

I was in some town in Wisconsin while visiting family and decided to go to the local church there..the Priest also touched on this very same subject and was open about his disappointment- he was saddened not just because of what happened to the people or what is going on at the Vatican but that this issue will rocks people's faith...

So, lookout for immoral living, this is destructive in every way. Righteousness is a gift as we follow the leadings of the Spirit sent to us by the Father as promised. This righteousness comes from a righteous nature produced as we became children of God but as the parable of the talents teach, we have to use the grace of God given to us so that it grows and it manifests itself in LOVE. Read 1 Corinthians 13.

The heirarchy of the Church has been trying to destroy the Church ever since Jesus Christ walked the earth. It all started with Judas who, even though he was selected by Jesus Christ, betrayed our beloved Lord. Any church not founded by God would have collapsed from the iniquity of its members almost immediately but here we are over 2000 years later. There is no other church that has lasted 2000 years, especially considering all of the persecution the Church has suffered from both inside and outside the Church.

Everything that you read is me having deep concern for your soul... I was raised Catholic and never once was I molested in any way shape or form. But I did eventually take the word of God seriously and started reading the Bible for myself and what I found out was Catholicism is not okay. It's a different gospel. It's not what Apostle Paul taught. Apostle Paul taught if we or an angel from heaven preach to You gospel contrary to the gospel we have preached to you let them be anathema, put to death. Galatians 1: 8 Roman Catholicism is flat-out a different gospel. Here is some things that the Catholic Church says... That all men shall maintain salvation through faith, baptism and the observance of keeping the Commandments paragraph 20 - 68 the word necessary means you can't do without it. That's what necessary means! In paragraph 12-57 the Lord himself affirms that baptism is necessary for salvation. Paragraph 8-46 the church is necessary. Paragraph 9-80 penance is necessary and so on... To summarize the church, baptism, Penance, sacraments, Services keeping the Commandments. This is a false gospel. It adds Works to Salvation! If you continue in these beliefs you will go to hell... repent if you believe in the true Roman Catholic Church your damned. If you're not aware you need to repent and follow the true gospel which is Life Death burial and resurrection... faith alone, In Christ Alone that's it nothing added to it... Jesus Christ God In the Flesh and trust in HIM alone HE finished it on the cross.... good works are filthy rags to God. A bribe and you ought not do that! All false religions Mormons, JW's, Muslims, Eastern Orthodox, Roman Catholics, and so on all add works. Peter tried adding works and Apostle Paul rebuked him. Remember he was wanting to keep circumcision and apostle Paul said if you keep one part of the law you have fallen from Grace. I pray you care more about what God has said than what tradition says. Hello don't mean any disrespect but need to ask you a question. Are you following are king of kings and Lord of lords the alpha the Omega the first and the last? Or are you holding fast to man-made traditions? I cannot find anywhere where it says in the word of God there we are supposed to pray to Mary or where it says Mary can hear all our prayers at all times and in all languages. If you can please let me know. Also in the word of God Sola scriptura the 66 books of the Bible the canonized scripture I cannot find anywhere where it says that we supposed to confess our sins to a priest. But I did find where it says we are to confess our sins to each other because we as the body of Christ are the priests. If you want more truth with scriptures backing it look up Carm Christian apologetics research Ministries and you will find more questions that you will need to answer.
