5:14 scripture says otherwise. Also the words he speaks of changing are from the very mouth of Christ. Who is the word itself made flesh. To say otherwise is to call the Holy Spirit and Christ a liar. Aside from that the original translation is beyond reproach. God promised to preserve the word in our language and he's absolutely kept that promise. To say otherwise is to call God and the Holy Spirit a liar. Scripture does tell us of false teachers and wolves in sheep's clothes. God is not the author of confusion as this man suggested. However all men have fallen short of the glory of God. Even every last preist. He's making an idol of his own liking and not following the word. Let him lead you not into the ditch. Each of the six points I made here are a direct reference to a verse of scripture. They are not my words.

I played this for a member of my family who, to be completely honest, lives in a state of rage. Just the suggestion of forgiveness, listening to Father Reehil, invoked such anger and abusive personal attacks, that I am concerned. It is such fury that it is still exploding as I write this. I hope this reaches someone who's relationship with God is stronger than my own, and they will sincerely and honestly pray for us. There is something very wrong here.

That does sound disturbing alright! How are YOU coping with it? It can be quite traumatic to be on the receiving end of that kid of rage, so please look after your own wellbeing too. Unless they're your son or daughter, can you go No Contact or low contact with this person, pray for them and "love them from a distance" , or have a detached Christian Charity for them ? Don't be anyone's emotional punchbag anyway. Sometimes loving someone means setting boundaries on their behaviour and imposing consequences for bad behaviour. If there are no negative consequences, there's little to no incentive to change for the better! Pray for them but mind yourself as well!

Come to think of it, it is a scary world and it is to easy to succumb to despair, fear of the future, fear of living, hopelessness and so on without having strong faith in Jesus. And that is also why sometimes when it comes to heavy subjects like this, I include short clips of animals, children, family and other cute clips I come across to sort of balance the whole thing in the video.

There are nearly 40,000 stores* that sell grocery items in the US when including warehouse club stores such as Sam’s Club and Costco. The odds that you will buy cursed candy is lower than the odds that you will be hit by a meteor going to your car after shopping. Stop buying what these fear monger men are saying. 17:01 ''One day you are going to wake up and you're going to have the memory, and there's no bad feelings attached to it.'' - This is *TRUE*. I had a big crush on someone, and he married someone else, and they moved to a house very close to where I lived. Every time I went to the station, or to the the store, I had to cross that house, I was heartbroken. So this wonderful idea came to mind: why not bless the house? So I blessed the house, and every inhabitant, and months and months later I realized, that every day, when I about to approach that house, I feel joy... :) I feel like: Oh, I'm almost there, where is the house I bless. - As crazy as it sounds - true story.

God bless you! YES, praying for those who have hurt us, not only frees us from the bondage of our anger, but may, God willing, help to save their soul in due time. I was raped by a pedo when I was a very young lad, and many years later, was hospitalized after being attacked at an abortion mill. In both cases I harbored inner anger for years, but then after coming into the Holy Church, was taught to pray for them. In short order, I found it easier and easier to pray for them with true charity, forgiving them as I wished for God to forgive ME for my multitude of sins past. There is Divine healing in following the Lord's instruction... amazing, right?

@@spiritualwarfareseriesI grew up in a family where holding grudges was very common and that's what I learned. Some things I learned that helped me forgive others and let go were: 1. Jesus tells us to forgive one another. It wasn't a suggestion. 2. Jesus tells us if we don't forgive orhers, His Father won't forgive us. 3. How many times have I hurt Jesus (doing what I shouldn't be doing or not doing what I should)? Yet, I'm going on and on about someone doing something to me? 4. How many times have I hurt other people with my words or actions? And I'm going on and on about others hurting me but never think of the times I hurt others. 5. From personal experience and watching others who hold on to grudges, I realized not forgiving and not letting go only hurts you.

G’morning! This episode really helped me. 2 things that stood out to me: 1. How Pope Francis would like to retranslate the Our Father - I’ve always felt uncomfortable with that line “lead us not into temptation.” I would be happy to see the new translation. Thank you for highlighting Fr. Iannuzzi’s explanation. 2. Explanation on how to forgive by Fr. Reehil. - I have someone from my childhood who hurt me so terribly that it twisted the first 25 years of my life. I always knew I should forgive him, but it’s been so hard. (I’m 66 now) I keep trying to really mean it & usually halfway feel it, but the feelings of hurt keep coming up. Instead of getting upset & pushing the feelings away, Fr. Reehil’s advice meant to me to just accept the hurt feelings & then forgive them for it. Thank you, dear brother. You are helping more than you know. I pray for you daily in the Divine Mercy Chaplet. I immerse you & your videos in the abyss of Christ’s Divine Mercy.🙏❤️

It's impressive how mature the priests are in dealing with cyber bullying. When I was younger I get really affected emotionally by internet trolls and haters, but over time I realized just because I get personal attacks or discriminatory comments doesn't mean there's something wrong with me. Now I kinda feel sorry for them for having so much hate. That said, I'm not bombarded with messages every night that it'll affect my sleep (something else does). The most unnerving thing is, how do those trolls get the personal contacts of the priests??? Somewhere there's a leak or hacking going on, maybe the priests with more exposure should consider using VPN or sth, if we're to rule out other external sources before concluding that it's the work of the devil. If they're still getting those messages after changing their contacts and installing protection, then it's time to dunk the phone in holy water.

This has been the most important KZbin channel for me since I discovered it a couple of months ago. Earlier in the year, I had an epiphany and returned to Catholicism after a 20-year absence. I have been contemplating your perspective in your videos about demons and demonic influence, and have grown to appreciate and respect this perspective quite immensely. Thanks for your hard work on these videos. Contradicting others, I kind of liked the "graphic equalizer" visuals. It's a unique visual that I associate with your channel. That said, I tend to listen to videos on my phone rather than watching, partly because videos are somewhat addictive. I like your narratives between clips too. They add greatly to the context. I also enjoy reading the enthusiastic, authentic, and inspired comments after some of the videos. However, like you, I sometimes receive cynical responses from random folks. But I don't feel upset about them anymore because, thanks to you, I recognize the negative folks are most likely demonically inspired and would only be empowered by any ill will I would have in return. Anyway, to wrap up this long letter: Please keep up the excellent work. You've got a follower here whose faith you have helped strengthen!

Hi there Brian! Thank you so much for the encouragement and support. As I said in the video, there are more of those who are listening to these priests rather than dismissing them. But we will keep on praying for their conversion and by planting the seeds, in time with God's grace, they'll come to see the light eventually.

I have never been able to celebrate Halloween. Now I'm from Scandinavia where we haven't, at least when I lived there. One time I tried put up some pumpkin outside, but I felt an evil so strong and that something wasn't right so I got rid of it almost frantic actually. My inside turns when I see them worshipping and selling death.

My daughter just won't talk to me about God or my/our faith. I had a Bible I bought for her & she refused to take it & ran out of the house. I pray so much for my Megan. When she was a young teen growing into a young adult, she read the Harry Potter books over & over. Then, she asked for the castle they had out when she was a young adult for Christmas. I thought it was odd, but I didn't think beyond that. I'm so afraid... please pray that my daughter, Megan, will open up toward Jesus & God & the Holy Spirit. I pray to Michael, too. Please help me.

Facsinating! I have wondered for years why the Lord's Prayer stated, "lead us not into temptation" because linguistically it makes no sense, and, more importantly, it's theologically not sound. Very useful video, thank you for sharing. PS. Love Father Reehil, he's fabulous.

This is why I bless and pray over everything that is brought into the home. This is similar to a story I heard by another priest. This priest was having a dinner meeting with other priests and a verified mystic seer. As they were receiving their food orders in the restaurant, everyone started to serve themselves except the mystic. The priest asked her why she was just staring at the food. She said there were demons on the food and asked him if he could bless the table of food first before eating. The priest did and they proceeded to eat. Then dessert came and the mystic stared and wouldn't touch it. The priest asked her if it was demons and she affirmed it, so he prayed over and blessed the desserts. If I remember correctly I believe they said they found out the food was being cursed by one of the servers in the restaurant. So, now I bless & pray over everything - food, drink, groceries, clothes, thrift store purchases, gifts from other people. Ask ABBA, Jesus and Mary to exorcise it and cover it with their protection and consecrate it to them.

We are in a spiritual battle that most people are oblivious to. I pray these videos help those who are under attack. Forgiveness is so important. It is the person who does not forgive that carries the poison inside of them. I realize that not all sins are equal and some are harder to forgive. But it is important that we turn to God and ask Him to help us. Give it to Him. He will help heal you and the other person. ¡Viva Cristo Rey! ♾✝️👑

I just did what this Father said and I will continue to do so. The only issue I have is when the one we hate is someone who is hurting someone we love. I guess we keep doing it until they stop hurting them or the one we love leaves the relationship and we can then finally be released from the anger. Just keep forgiving until the anger is gone.

I’ve been chased out by narcissists and sociopaths in 2 out of 3 Protestant churches in my life. I don’t have the strength to try another one and have been considering Catholicism. I know we had some in the family at some point considering I have a rosary that was my grandmothers gift from her dad. When I was a kid my grandma went to a Presbyterian church though. And her parents went with her. But I have masonry I believe, not just one side of the family, but both. Not sure the levels. My pap died at 53. Heart attack, and ended up getting open heart surgery. 6 weeks later he died first day back on the job. Those last 9 years when his first and second granddaughter (never met his grandson who came 7 years later) were young and he was paying for weekend trips for my parents just to get us with him and my grandma at least once a month. He’d take me just months before dying on a weekly ihop pancake and syrup fest. Since my sister was in school and I was left at home lol. I was very blessed to have 2 loving granddads and even more loving was my great granddad. I think it shows all the wonderful memories even my grandfather who passed when I was 3. I have a handful of great and loving memories with him. He was a welder. An underwater welder while in the navy. Was stationed near oil city Pennsylvania at 18 and met my grandmother. They ran off and he got stationed in Texas. Now that I’m older I fear he may have been a perfect member to seek to promote. Maybe he was scared that last year or so. Trying to dodge the truth he had learned. I’ll never know until my day comes. But I welcome all prayers for myself and my family. We have had hard to spiritual storms back to back. I need help in guarding my heart and reading the word more consistently. Prayers for my family and friends that they and myself come to repent of our sins and antiquities by turning to the father and the word and our faith. I will match every prayer in return. I can assure you that. Also how do I go about looking into Catholic Churches and finding out if it’s always a Roman Catholicism church, which I am of weary of. (No offense!) But please, if you have any suggestion on my journey it would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you for listening to me and reading this novel. Though I really do enjoy hearing others experiences. In Jesus’s name I bless all those who read this, regardless of whether a like is clicked, a comment be made, or even if it’s a disrespectful response. Love to all. ❤️🙏🏼

Fr. Iannuzzi makes some great points. I've always thought the words "lead us not into temptation" specifically meant lead us AWAY from temptation, which is something God actually would do right? I was wondering if you could do a series on Mary, the Mother of Jesus? I never understood what was the big deal about why Mary wasn't revered in my (Masonic) mother and (Presbyterian) father. As I am now a Catholic (convert) of over 30 years and listen and watch many of different faiths deal with what is "being Catholic" I think it is a misunderstanding and a cultural issue. The most fervently Marian cultures express their love for Jesus AND His Mother....Latin based cultures from Rome and then spread to the New World. The English had Roman visitors, but had their own hang ups about women and it shows in that the bloodiest religious civil wars there....the victim was BVM. She was removed from the Sanctuary (not all the time, but in many). Much love for speaking your mind and telling the truth about our beliefs. The Mass (liturgy) is by far the most powerful expression of God's love for us and reinforces us to stay (or try to) in a State of Grace til next Confession. We are now in the 4th Day of Hanukkah and must remember that Jesus was Jewish. Every year I celebrate the Feasts as if Jesus was growing up next door. יוי

Conservative Lutheran here. When one overlaps us and Catholics there is minimal fringe edges where we do not align. We have some differences but not many. If you look at Luther and his history you will find someone who challenged the church as it was, sure, but those challenges were normal. Where the issue came in was that the church leaders at the time saw it more as a challenge to their authority and power because again, during that time, there was a lot of corruption going on and the cardinals and pope held great sway w/ the kings and other powerful people and they didn't want to lose that. Luther didn't leave the church. He loved being a priest. He was kicked out and was lucky to leave w/ his life. You can look at the 95 theses he famously nailed to the door of the church and his responses at the Diet of Worms and see a lot of conflict, certainly. But then ask yourself this: what was the political environment at the time? What were the practices? Had the church not been charging so much money for so many different things, had the popes and cardinals behaved more like the sons of God and leaders of the church and not doing things like fathering multiple children by the nuns and other women, for example, had any "man of God" been willing and able to discuss Luther's concerns - what then? Would Luther have felt the need to go to the extremes he did? Sometimes I'm still a little conflicted and unsure about some aspects of Catholicism but it's more questions than anything else. I travel for work a lot and it's not uncommon for me to attend Catholic mass on the road instead of going to a Lutheran church because sadly, it's getting hard to find one anymore that adheres to the bible and Luther's guidance and not acquiesce to today's landscape.

@@heyitsedz1785 I try to reply to as many as I can, especially the regulars. Sometimes it's quite difficult to do though because there are too many at times. But whenever I can I try to respond to each comment as best as I can! May God bless you and thank you once more for being here with us from the start!

I have learned so much with these wonderful excosist and understand how to keep myself and others safe. For evil to flourish the good do nothing and unfortunately people back down so easily. Once you stop and listen it matches what is in the bible. I started believing that when Jesus casts out demons that it was a symbol as that I was being told, nonsense its exactly what it says in the tin, Jesus cast out demons and so do the excosist to help us have peace and get to heaven. The devil will throw stones at us to knock us off the right path

I’m all for the change to the ‘Our Father’ Lord’s Prayer. A few years ago I was listening to an interview with comedian Norm MacDonald, and it was a serious interview where Norm touched on many deeper themes. One point he brought up, was the theological flaw mentioned here. That God could not lead us into temptation. Ever since I heard that interview I think about that on a regular basis when praying. So the change makes sense to me. 🙏
