I've fasted without food for 30 days, only drinking water. It is miraculous. Scars disappear, old injuries get completely healed. There are times when you'll be overcome with intense emotions, like you are reliving bad memories. You'll cry or shout, and then it's like that negative attachment gets exorcised. It just goes away and never comes back again. You can see more colors in the spectrum, hear better, and taste details. You'll notice the specific melodies of birds. It gets to the point where you just feel God everywhere, see God in everything, and see God in someone else's eyes. Your lust is all gone. It's wonderful. I was really sad to eat again. But what happened after was that I gained back half of the weight and fat was permanently gone and never returned. And my stomach became hyper efficient, to the point that if I eat three times a day I will get sick and vomit. I usually only eat once a day. In short, I am ever fasting. And I always do feel a warm presence, perhaps my angel. I still have the enhanced perception but not nearly to the degree of during the fast. I thoroughly believe true fasting can cure cancer, diabetes, and mental illness.

@@alanmorris1828 It would delete it. That's why I didn't get into detail myself. The powers-that-be want us getting hooked on prescriptions. You'll forget all about eating after a week, maybe. The hunger just disappears. After that the temptation to eat is just because it smells so good. If you cheat, it will taste fantastic. It doesn't set you back too bad. But the more consecutive days you go without food, the healing accelerates. Besides the emotional outbursts, the only thing that's terrible about raw fasting are the bathroom visits. Ohhhhh, they get DISGUSTING. Most people, especially heave meat eaters have 10 or more pounds of food in line. Once you get all the feces out, that's when the magic happens! You really have to be physically pure and then it's like the holy spirit runs through unblocked.

@@alanmorris1828 I wrote a nice reply, and lookie, lookie, it's gone! I think I know what the AI didn't like, so I'll mention the most important part. The feces get atrocious. You will literally be releasing gallons. The more backed up your system is, the worse it will be. The really old decaying matter smells like chem warfare and looks wild. So hopefully that won't interfere with your job. If you only fast in small increments, like 2 days at a time, it will take years to accomplish what 30 days straight will do. And you won't get that divine experience, either.

Fasting can kill cancer. Cancer acts like a parasite and lives off the food we eat. One man fasted 50 days and killed the cancer off. Another man took the Dog Dewormer "FENBENDAZOLE" and killed the cancer, When he had been sent home with a prognosis of only having 3 months to live. Fenbendazole and Ivermectin both are antiparasitic drugs. If cancer acts as a parasite, it make sense that it can kill it off. The man that had 3 months to live, (Last name Timmons) made a KZbin video 2 years after he was supposed to die. He has helped personally 40 others according to his video. In my area I just heard of another man locally who was cleared of cancer by taking Fenbendazole. But yes fasting kills it too.

I used to fast regularly, but my microcytic/iron deficiency anemia got dangerously worse when I did. Fasting decreases iron absorption by up to 50 percent I found out. So if anyone else out there is anemic, please consider a fast not from all food, but maybe fast from unhealthy foods, like sugar and white flour products, or fast from tea and coffee,which inhibit iron absorption as well. You are still practicing fleshly discipline. Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there in case it helps someone!

I have learned more about my faith from Roman Catholic exorcists in the past year than I have my entire life. I have had so many questions that were never answered, but when I hear one priest explain about Gregorian chants and another explain how demons FLEE from the Blessed Virgin Mary--and the fasting! |I never understood the importance of fasting--having grown up in a large family where food was not always a given--fasting was not done by choice. You ate what was on your plate, or else. But to have Fr. Reehil break it down so simply! The exercise to strengthen the will power of the body-- OK I can get on board with THAT. I know a few people with almost no will power. I see them repeatedly eat foods they should not and then suffer. When I ask "WHY did you eat that. You knew it was gong to ruin your day?" "I couldn't help myself. It was right in front of me." (omg thankfully these people are not pedophiles! Imagine having a lack of will power and a keening for precious children? How different is the lack of will power, really? Look at how many problems a physical desire can cause! Yikes. Hats off to these priests who have so generously and humbly shared their knowledge and wisdom with us. They are encircling the flock, doing the work of Jesus. I know they have helped me navigate some difficult questions, which in turn has strengthened my relationship with Jesus.

Fasting corrects the body by detoxing. Pretty much everything we put in our mouths are poison. Fasting for 2-3 days (water is always ok) will help correct issues with the body by flushing out your system. After 3 days your brain changes functions from running off of glucose to running off of ketones. Which is much better brain function. After 2 weeks, your body starts to eat its own fat. After 30 days your body can rid itself of cancer and eat tumors. I guarantee whatever health problems you do have, it is because of the food you put in your body. Or the effect of an acidic body. Dis-ease only breeds in an acidic environment. Make your body alkaline by putting a quarter teaspoon of baking soda in 1 gallon of water. Start drinking that everyday. That will send more oxygen to your blood and to every single organ. Drinking that water, you will alkalize your blood. The key is after you fast, only put good food in your mouth. Grow a fruit tree in the backyard 🍎🍏

Don’t do too much at one time. You could start by fasting on every Friday - Catholics traditionally (small t) do this in commemoration of Christs crucifixion by offering up to God our fasting and abstinence in reparation for the sins committed against Him. You could start by initially cutting down how much and how often you eat - so the current guidelines are that you only have one full meal a day and your other 2 meals can’t add up to a full meal. If you eventually want to be more ‘hardcore’ you can gradually fast more to where you do the traditional Catholic fast (again small t tradition) of only eating bread and drinking water on fast days. Or you could do a black fast which is only eating one meal that contains no meat/dairy/eggs after sundown on fast days and only drinking water. On Sundays we ‘feast’ not to the point of over eating etc but every Sunday throughout the Liturgical year is a mini Easter Sunday where we celebrate Christs resurrection. As time goes on you can add more fasting. So I always try to fast also on Wednesdays in commemoration of the betrayal of Christ by Judas (again small t tradition for Catholics). You can add more fasting as you feel able. So for Catholics fasting during Lent is required. But there is also St. Michael’s Lent which is currently happening and ends on the 29th the feast of St. Michael now the feast of the 3 Archangels which use to be popular long ago but more and more Catholics are doing it again. Which I am currently doing and fasting while also abstaining from meat the whole period. There is also the Advent Lent called St. Martins Lent/Nativity Lent/little Lent in preparation for the Lords incarnation - again like the St. Michael’s Lent is not an obligation but more and more Catholics are doing it so they can be spiritually prepared to celebrate the incarnation of Christ at Christmas Remember abstinence (abstaining from meat) on Fridays is not just for Lent for Catholics it is an obligation throughout the whole year. Canon Law which all Catholics are bound by states: Can. 1251 Abstinence from meat, or from some other food as determined by the Episcopal Conference, is to be observed on all Fridays, unless a solemnity should fall on a Friday. Abstinence and fasting are to be observed on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. Can. 1252 The law of abstinence binds those who have completed their fourteenth year. The law of fasting binds those who have attained their majority, until the beginning of their sixtieth year. Pastors of souls and parents are to ensure that even those who by reason of their age are not bound by the law of fasting and abstinence, are taught the true meaning of penance. Can. 1253 The conference of bishops can determine more precisely the observance of fast and abstinence as well as substitute other forms of penance, especially works of charity and exercises of piety, in whole or in part, for abstinence and fast. Meaning every single Friday throughout the year Catholics are bound to abstain however your individual Bishops conference can make additional rules regarding this or if for whatever reason you can’t abstain from meat your priest can give a dispensation so you abstain from something else every Friday. The only time Catholics do not fast or abstain from meat on a Friday is when a Solemnity falls on that day

It was my understanding that satan provides 2 demons to each person, similar to God's gift- our Gaurdian Angels, but only one (unless a priest). Know thyself to trust yourself. Once you become true to yourself you can be true to others. Being "a man of of faith" or "faithful" is someone who Is true to their word. Someone you could rely on. Someone who would make a great parent /neighbor/friend/teacher (Sheppard). You teach yourself how to be your best self. Love starts within first.
