These are literal words of God. They make us humbled and we subconsciously start introspecting ourselves and our soul realizes the wrongs we did and we can't hold but cry. Though our conscious brains have a hard time understanding why we cry. It is not a wonder why they called it magic and put fingers in their ears whenever the Quran was recited.

In the Qur'an, God said:* *God does not forbid you to be beneficent and fair towards those who did not fight you for religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Because God loves the fair. (Koran, 60: 8)* _The prophet Mohammed (sws) forbade soldiers to kill women and children, 1 and he advised them:_ *Do not betray, do not be excessive, do not kill a newborn.}* _And he also said:_ *{Whoever killed a person who had made a pact (of non-aggression) with the Muslims will not smell the odor of Paradise, even if its perfume can be smelled at a distance equivalent to forty years.}* *Prophet Mohammed (sws) also forbade punishing people with fire.4* He classified *murder* as *second major sin* , and even warned people that: *{The first cases to be tried between people on the Day of Judgment will be the cases of bloodshed.6}* _Muslims are even encouraged to be kind to animals and they are prohibited from harming them. Once, the prophet Mohammed (sws) said:_ *{A woman was punished for imprisoning a cat until it died. Because of this, she was sentenced to Hell. She wanted to imprison without giving him food or drink, and without freeing him so that he could eat the insects of the earth.* _He also said that a man having given a drink to a thirsty dog, God forgave him his sins for this action. They asked the prophet:_ *"O messenger of God, are we rewarded for the good we do to animals?"* He replied: *{For every living creature, there is a reward for doing them good.* _Moreover, when Muslims kill an animal for food, they must do it in the way that causes the least fear and pain. *The prophet Mohammed (sws) said: {When you kill an animal, do it in the best way. You must sharpen your knife well to make the animal suffer as little as possible.}* *In light of these and other Islamic texts, causing terror in the hearts of helpless civilians, mass destruction of buildings and property, bombing and mutilation of men, women and women Innocent children are all prohibited and detestable acts in the eyes of Islam and Muslims. Muslims practice a religion based on peace, mercy and forgiveness, and the vast majority have nothing to do with the violent events that some associate with Muslims. I guess the reactions started when the ears are listening, the two eyes are seeing and makes the cognitive (rationality) started to ponder and contemplate the meaning on the verses. Subsequently, the heart is reacting. Rationality comes in the presence of sound heart.
