I’m starting lacrosse soon and I’ve been watching some tips etc. but I’ve watched certain videos where they tell you to hold it at the top and some that say in the middle?

Adyson Shepard if you have a bit of weaker wrist strength, move your hand to the top. If you have strong wrist strength, hold it lower down on the stick
