In the past, my face looked dull. However, I managed to achieve radiant skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by adopting these practices. -: 1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day. 2. Adding carrots or carrot juice into my daily diet. 3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water. 4. Joining the gym and sweating a lot. 5. Performing facial steam or full-body steaming sessions every 18 days.

I am even on my period (I take birth control to help my acne so thats the time when i have a one week break of of it) and that's usually the worst week ever because i purge like crazy but I have only gotten one pimple so far, amazing. To be fair I use a Vitamin C serum from Vitchy that I started using at the same time as the cleanser and my skin seems to love those two so I can definitely recommend. I just bought the hydrating cream to foam cleanser and used it. It left my skin feeling so soft and I hope it clears my recent breakouts. I have the same skin type as your so I have high hopes based off of your review!

OH MY GOODNESS, thank you SO much for making this!! I've been struggling with trying to find products that smooth out the bumps on my face and finding my skin type. i have KP and i am now going to try the SA cleanser, because i enjoy the foaming cleanser and they are similar. 🥰 this helped a lot!

Finally someone to answer all my scientific questions- thank you 😊 I just started using the facial lotion with spf - I find if I leave it for 10 mins the white sinks in and I’m going to good - it has been a game changer for me as I have combo skin during the summertime in Vancouver. We will see what happens during the fall and winter months- I may switch to the Pm lotion for the day as the cream it just crooked heavy until Jan. Thank you for all your research. You are such a rare gem😘

Im giving the foaming cleanser a shot but i feel its hard to rinse. Ive been using spectro gel for years. Its great for sensitive skin as it has less than 10 ingredients or so and rinses easily.

I have oily/combination skin, there are some parts of my skin that get pretty dry but for the most part I’ve dealt with oily skin problems my whole life. I recently started looking into cerave cleansers and went to the store to by the foaming cleanser but accidentally got the hydrating cleanser. This was the best mistake I’ve ever made, it didn’t strip the oil from my face at all but it’s like it helped my skin controlled the oil it produces on its own. I always heard that for some people with oily skin they could try hydrating more to fix it and I always thought that was counter productive. But ig some people have really oil skin because they’re not hydrating or moisturizing and I sure wasn’t. The hydrating cleanser + the cerave lotion (very lightweight moisturizer compared to the heavy cream) makes my face very happy. Now I just need to figure out how to get rid of dark spots and big pores

Maybe try the Paulas choice 2% bha. It can help for big pores.

Omg, thank you so much for your videos, they are so informative! I was looking for a new cleanser and u perfectly answered the questions I already had in my mind. I am currently using the paula's choice bha exfoliant and i was wondering which cleansers in general but especially from cerave, since i am already using their am and pm creams, I should use. I kinda guessed it myself but wanted to get reassurance and now I know that the foaming facial cleanser is definitely the best choice, since 2 bha products in my routine could be too much or just useless. Thank you! :)

I was literally debating b/w the foaming and the salicylic acid cleansers and your video is a godsend! I tried on foaming one and it did feel nice and fresh but I think the salicylic acid would be better for me since I’ve struggled with acne and oily skin since forever

im wondering did it work for ur skin because i used it but it made my skin/acne worse
@Maycee_may3 жыл бұрын
@@alisyah3564 I use the hydrating cream to foam one at night with a toner, pm moisturizer, and night cream. While in the morning i use the SA cleanser with the daily moisturizer and sun screen. It has really cleared my face up quite a bit! I still have some acne that I’m working on since i just started my routine two weeks ago! I find with me i can’t use the the same cleanser for both morning and night because it won’t work for my skin.

Hi Cathy!! First off, I absolutely love your videos. Just found your channel one week ago, and I’ve been binging all your videos. I was curious how the heck from your FIRST video do you already have a polished camera presence, passionate enthusiasm, and a wealth of knowledge that you are able to deliver to those not familiar with skincare?!? Do you work in the industry or I’m guessing you’ve had a long journey of discovery in skincare? I understand if you want to keep things personal, but I am just highly impressed at all your work! I wish you all the best, and am glad to be one of the lucky people to have subscribed at this point because I know you will grow exponentially in no time. 😄

Omg I’m so glad I found this video and your channel. So I live in a place where it’s so hot and humid. I also have ccs and strawberry skin… and based from what I understood, cerave SA cleanser is the best for those skin problems. However, the hydrating foam to Cleanser also gave salicylic acid, I’m wondering if it’s also good for to use it instead of the SA cleanser? Can you also recommend a toner and moisturizer for me? I’d really appreciate if you can.
