oh sh*t ive been using CeraVe hydrating cleanser which all these years ive been using and thought it was for my skin. it isnt i have a combo of them im not sure which to get

i have combo skin but i dont really know which clanser to choose now, like im thinking either the CeraVe hydrating cream to foaming cleaser or the CeraVe S.A cleanser. My normal cleanser is so harsh on my skin and leaves my nose very flaky but does nothing for my forehead, so i def need a new one. I have so much pimples on hairline + forehead, blackheadw and whiteheads on my nose too by my cheeks are dry with nothing much. IDK WHAT TO DO

I'm glad you mentioned that diet can influence your skin. Some of those bumps in the forehead, especially if they are irregular, are a sign of Fatty Liver, for example, so to get rid of them you would have to fix detox your liver for your skin to clear up.

Is it possible to over-exfoliate with Azelaic Acid? I see conflicting information, some say it actually can help with skin barrier, but some parts of my face are dry with some dry skin on top of it. Same question about Urea - they say it makes the skin barrier thicker, but if I use it daily or twice a day, I start to get tiny pimples that are barely inflamed. Not sure if it's a good sign or bad. I think maybe these are pimples that would come out anyway, but not as tiny as with Urea?
