Hello :) Thanks for this tutorial, very informative. I'm an engineer that will soon start a new job in CAD. I'm a bit rusty in CATIA so I tried to look for some tutorial related to surface preparation. Repairing bad surfaces, extract them, enlarge.... in order to do Cover design. Unfortunately, it's quite hard to find parts like this on the internet. This beetle could be a good tool for me but I couldn't find it on the website you gave. Hey I got my model from Grabcad.com/library. Just search for VW Beetle. You’ll see lots of good examples.
