hello sir, how we will be able to create compressed spring i mean variable helix but start and and end coils are at some what same pitch value, is there any generalized way in catia, as off rite now i create three different curve and join them,i will grateful to you if share some methodology for the same

How will we be able to make a Spring design with number of Variable pitch and variable OD, for example like a pig tail spring or a mini block spring.

Akshit Bafna You can use the rib command to do that

You can draw a curve that follows the desired variable OD and use it as profile in Helix tool. Or just use taper angle and orientation.
