Your flows always give me great energy and leave me feeling like a well-oiled machine by the time I reach the end. The breathing exercise seems to have really helped me today. One of my nasal passages felt restrictive at the start of the practice, but now I'm breathing deeply and fully through both and I feel fantastic.
