Pretty sure the numbers include other expenditures than just feet distance on the wall. Probably have to factor in the legal costs involved in defending the projects from law suits and imminent domain issues. Kind of a terrible analysis of the cost right from the beginning monologue. I sat and listened to a CATO dude in law school once. He was much smarter than this guy. I thought CATO was a libertarian group dedicated to advancing the ideals of our Constitutional liberties. I guess all things chnage over time. Heck...Kenedy used to be a VJ or something like it on MTV when it actually played music videos. I guess CATO can transmogrify as well.

Don't forget, prisons have walls, Nowrasteh needs to explain why he's not trying to get rid of those walls. They are keeping people from the type of freedom he's concerned about promoting. Nowrusteh's Vision of freedom = free-for-all = social chaos. Has the boy got a brain? Does it need a skull? Will he let me free his brain that's imprisoned, & trapped in behind his skull walls?
