When season 5 came out last Friday, I kid you not when I tell you I spent the whole day crying and smiling
I wanted to do this edit just to focus on my favorite moments from s5, with just a few flashback scenes from s1. It started out just being soft moment, but I'm incapable of doing anything without angst, so here we are.

At 3:31 when Catra goes “please just this once stay” it really broke my heart. Shadow weavers horrible parenting caused Catra to become reliant on Adora, so when Adora left her she felt lost. Time after time again Catra was always left behind. But not anymore, because Catra is no longer a self destructive teenager, she is finally expressing her love for Adora, so that this time Adora stays.

@@elenariotti How? Adora is the one who left the hoard, their home. Even though it was 100% for the right reason, she is the one that left. She left Catra, her home, and everything they had ever worked for for something she knew very little about. So yes, she left. It was just for the right reason

Well... It's PG rating and low animation budget hold it back. Sorry. It's just the case. There are scenes in this that were kinda hard to watch because of how much they had to skimp with the animation and there are others where the gravitas of situations couldn't really be explored because you can literally not kill or hurt ANYONE... except for robots. if it's robots (even sentient ones) appearently you can fucking murder them in the most brutal ways imaginable. But yeah. An amazing show. Just majorly held back by that. Still had me close to tears at the end. Characters, Story, Voice Acting, Appeal, Sound... All amazing.

Somedays probably about what they'd do when they're the ones pulling the strings in the horde. Somedays they'd just talk about why Shadow Weaver is the way she is "Why doesn't she care about me Adora?" Some days it's just comfortable silences with inserts of their promises, big and small but always about each other.

I love how it starts with Catra's guilt and denial and then she proves otherwise and then all their personal issues lied in the open.❤ It's not just some mix of random scenes, you thought it through pretty well. Lovely video, really wellmade nothing more to say about. I really love She-ra, I love its character, story and everything else.
