So loving all those kitties seem to be. It is so sad to see the obvious neglect, but also the mental and physical breakdown of the owner. Clearly no family ever stopped by or friends. Very sad for the cats and owner. Mental illness not addressed, depression. Thankyou ASPCA ...wonderful rescue. Happy to help support you.

Humane Society was started by one person who cared enough to change things. That person might be you in India. Use social media to get help. You aren’t the only one who wants a change. Find them and join forces. Look up the parable of the boy and the starfish. You can’t save them all but can make a huge difference in the lives of some. Best wishes; you have a good heart.

Some people try to rescue cats off the street, and get in over their head - quickly. Those people need help, but they usually get condemned. - for their pain.

My neighbor has been baiting the cats here, trapping them and shooting them and the cops won't do anything about it! I'm told even tho Missouri has animal abuse laws the Jasper County sheriff cannot afford to enforce all the laws. He's killed 6 cats already. ALL spayed and neutered.

That's...insane. If you can, spread awareness by providing the cops contact number so people can call and pressure to do something. Hell with the sheriff! I hope the sick man stops, those poor cats :,(

Some places do not consider killing cats animal abuse, even though it is. I've been in animal rescue for decades, and the WORST crimes of abuse, torture, and killing have been done to cats. But it's the LEAST REPORTED animal abuse crime. Because, hey, "it's just cats." Sounds like the situation where you are😿

PS - try contacting The Humane Society of the United States Alley Cat Allies. Defenders of Animals. Don't let your neighbor keep killing these innocent, trapped cats. Your Police Dept needs to acknowledge the FACT your neighbor is dangerous.
