My biggest disappointment has been in the pre-reaction and live reaction with these trailers. People have been laughing and stomping on this movie and I'm getting upset about it. Tom Hooper is the director of this movie, the one who did Les Miserables and some other good films. That was a great and beautiful film. Had me in tears. I think people tend to get caught up with not only the unfinished CGI, but the way the "cats" are interpreted with the usual cat suspects. This famous play is awesome and it seems to me most people have not seen the play or know about cats in the first place. I believe they should preface this movie with clips from the broadway show(s) to give people a taste of the true content and context.
